All dishes cooked in the Tandoor are marinated in yoghurt together with a special blend of unique herbs and spices. This process seals in the goodness. The blending and preperation of the unique spices is centuries old craft and indespensible to the Polash.

Polash also boasts a fully licenced bar catreing for all refreshments and client tastes.
